PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CONSENT AGREEMENT
User consent for the processing of personal data.
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, I, the subject of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the "User," while using the website https://go-brics.org (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "Service"), freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, hereby provide full, unconditional, and unequivocal consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") under the following conditions:
1. Consent is granted to LLC "GO BRICS BUSINESS FORUM."
2. Consent is granted for the processing of the following categories of personal data:
- Data provided in special forms located on the Website by filling in corresponding text fields and/or attaching files to the forms, specifically:
- Last name, first name, email address (e-mail), phone number, and other similar information that allows for the identification of the subject of personal data;
- Data automatically transmitted during browsing and visiting pages of the Website (cookies), specifically:

3. Consent is granted for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

5. By this Consent, the User confirms that:

5.2. 5.3. 6. This Consent is valid for 2 (two) years from the date it is provided to the Operator and can be revoked at any time by submitting a written statement to the Operator in accordance with the procedure specified in Clause 5.3 of this Consent.
7. The date and time of formation, confirmation, and provision of this Consent shall be deemed to be the moment of marking the corresponding field and clicking the "SEND" button in the Personal Data Collection Form and/or clicking the "ACCEPT" button in the cookie collection banner on any page of the Website.
